  • Weight Limit: Maximum weight allowed is 275 pounds.
  • Restrictions: Not suitable for pregnant women or those with back, neck, or knee issues.
  • Disabilities: Not accessible for guests with visual, physical, intellectual, or psychosocial disabilities, or those with casts, walking boots, or prosthetics.
  • Devices: No personal cameras, cell phones, GoPros, or electronic devices are allowed on the platform.
  • Food and Drink: No food or drinks are allowed in the interaction area.
  • Animals and Mobility Aids: No service animals or electric mobility equipment allowed.
  • Accessibility: Older adults must be able to get in and out of the tour vehicle unassisted.
